Business Continuity Testing

COIN can perform various types of testing on behalf of organisations. Simply by performing periodic business continuity tests, an organisation can be sure they have correctly implemented their Business Continuity Management.

During the annual technical test, the workability of the recovery solution is tested. This testing is performed primarily with your organisation’s ICT team.Annual business tests are carried out by end users to test critical operational processes from the recovery centre. This confirms that your solution for recovery following disaster is working optimally. Coordination between your Emergency Response Plan and your Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is also tested.

The findings are set out by COIN in a report with concrete points for action. If desired, you can make (part of) this report available to your organisation’s supervisory bodies (central banks, financial market regulators, etc.).
